Nearly 500 mortgage loan consultants in California filed a class action against the provider of online financial services for failing to provide overtime pay and meal breaks. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of mortgage loan consultants who worked for E-Loan in Pleasanton and Dublin during a period from December 2001 through June 2006. E-Loan has agreed to pay up to $13.6 million in a class action settlement. (Jan-17-07)[]
