Woburn, MA: A securities class action was filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased, converted, exchanged or otherwise acquired the common stock of MicroFinancial between February 5, 1999 and October 30, 2002. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts against defendant MicroFinancial and certain of its officers and directors. The parties filed an Agreement of Dismissal with the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit whereby the Plaintiffs voluntarily agreed to dismiss their appeal with prejudice.
