Settlement: Tenet Healthcare Corp.

Boca Raton Community Hospital Inc. tried to obtain class action status against the hospital owner on behalf of nearly all other acute care hospitals in the United States. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and claimed Tenet's pricing policies violated federal laws and harmed other hospitals.
