Settlement: Van der Moolen Holding

Amsterdam, Netherlands: A shareholder class action was filed against the trading company for stock drop securities fraud. The class was filed on behalf of all persons who held Van der Moolen Holding stocks between October 18, 2001 and October 15, 2003.
