Settlement: Dede Harris

In a $5 million lawsuit, Peter Stern, a producer of the Off--Broadway show Dog Sees God, accused Dede Harris, another producer of the same production, of sexual harassment to one or more cast members of the show. The suit also accused Harris of fraudulent, reckless and grossly negligent behavior. Judge Herman Cahn dismissed the lawsuit and fined Stern and his lawyer $5,0000 fines on the grounds that the charges against Harris were frivolous. Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead, follows the original gang from the Charles Schulz comic strip a decade later. (Jul-18-06)[]
