Settlement: Bally Total Fitness Holding Corp.

A class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud by Bally Total Fitness Holding Corp. has been dismissed. The U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois dismissed the consolidated suit, which comprised ten separate actions, against the gym operator and some of its current and former officers.
