Thirty-Day Period to Pay TM Publication and Registration Fees in UAE

ABU DHABI - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) announced in a press release that, upon a ministerial decision, the period specified to pay trademark publication and registration fees has been decreased from 60 days to 30 effective July 1, 2009.

AGIP UAE office has received a notification on this regard from the UAE Trademarks Department/Ministry of Economy.
