Innovative Solutions Announces Judgment Against Kollsman, J2 and Other Defendants

EXTON, PA - Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. (ISS) announced in a Tuesday press release that the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee has issued several rulings in the company’s Intellectual Property (IP) case against Kollsman Inc., J2 Inc., Joseph Caesar, James Zachary and Zachary Technologies Inc.

In the rulings, the court awarded damages, interest and fees in addition to the more than $6 million in compensatory damages awarded by the jury when it rendered its verdict in the case in November 2007.

The additional awards bring the damages assessed against Kollsman Inc. to a total of more than $23 million. The court also entered an order granting ISS's request for injunctive relief.
