ACCOUNTING
Barrett Breeding has been promoted to manager of BKD LLP's Little Rock office, effective Dec. 1. BKD LLP is one of the top 10 CPA firms in the United States.

CONSTRUCTION
Jeff Rochelle has been appointed project manager by Nabholz Construction in Little Rock. Rochelle has worked in the construction industry for 10 years and will oversee the management of various construction projects in central Arkansas. 

ENGINEERING
Sam Vandiver has joined Brown Engineers LLC as a project manager. For more than 20 years, Vandiver has designed and managed numerous electrical power and controls projects for industrial, utility and private business clients.

FINANCIAL SERVICES
Brandy Seaton has been hired by the Bank of Little Rock Mortgage in Cabot. Seaton has more than three years of experience as an assistant supervisor in the Jacksonville banking community.

HEALTH CARE
Dr. Jeffrey Tauth, a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, has moved to a new location at Hot Springs Cardiology Associates, across Malvern Avenue from National Park Medical Center. Tauth is Hot Springs' only board-certified interventional cardiologist and has served Hot Springs in that capacity for the past eight years.

INSURANCE
Doug Lowe, a home and auto independent insurance agent in Little Rock for more than 30 years, has joined Hoffman-Henry Insurance as manager and agent of personal lines in Arkansas. He is a board member of Metropolitan Little Rock YMCA, a speaker for The Gideons International and a volunteer at Presbyterian Village.
